How do I place an order?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1 -2 business days.

La Défense currently only ships within the United States.

La Défense offers free shipping on orders over $100.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as you submit the order on the website.
When will my order ship?
As soon as your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment center, and from there, we pack and ship it directly to you. Orders generally process in 1 to 2 business days, with orders placed after 1:00 PST processing the next business day. When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of the product, La Défense does not offer exchange, return, or refunds. In the unlikely case you received a damaged product, we are happy to exchange this for you as long as it is unused and declared within 14 days of purchase.
